This recruitment system facilitates your submission of applications and pertaining documentation for relevant positions in the Novozymes.

To the extent relevant for the processing of your application and potentially your recruitment, your information may be used, collected, stored and accessed outside the country of your residence, by employees in the hiring company, in Novozymes A/S, Denmark or its affiliates regionally responsible for the hiring process, or in Novozymes affiliate in India, supporting the handling of applications. Further, your personal information may be transferred to third parties, e.g. recruitment agencies and IT system suppliers, e.g. IBM, acting as data processors in connection with Novozymes recruitment processes. All transfers are subject to relevant agreements ensuring appropriate protection of your data privacy rights.

At any time, you may correct and update your candidate profile.
At any time, you may choose to withdraw your application for a specific job opening. You can do this electronically until the interview stage in the recruitment process. After the interview stage, please be referred to the recruiter.

For specific trusted job roles and based on your consent, Novozymes performs a security check in connection with your employment. The security check covers inter alia identity, references, CV, academic and professional qualifications and criminal records.

The personal information about you as applicant will be stored for three years with the purpose of matching you to other open jobs if relevant, unless you ask us not to, and according to the laws and regulations, e.g. EEOC compliance and government grant submissions.
